Frustrated at work

I have joined a new workplace and this place is a big mismanaged hell. Since I am new and don’t know a lot of things around, I end up being fooled by people around me. Everybody ends up passing the buck to me and I get no help in terms of what needs to be done. I have been getting warnings that I am not performing as expected.

I feel like quitting and finding a new job but this market isn’t the best market to do that.
It's taking a toll on my personal life as well as I carry the bitterness and work with me to home no matter how hard I try.

Beautiful Bride

I am 27 years old and I have to say that I am not the most beautiful swan in the pond. I am a regular looking girl but dream to marry a guy, have kids and have a small happy family. Somehow it just doesn’t seem to be working out for me and I get lonlier while each of my friend gets married and a new room mate comes in. Has anybody been in my situation and know of something that helps.
